Job Description

Join a flexible locum tenens radiology position in North Carolina, located near Midland. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologist to provide full-time coverage with a range of shift options to suit your preferences. This ongoing opportunity allows you to work in a high-demand field, serving adult and geriatric patients with an emphasis on both general and specialized radiology.

Full-time, scheduled coverage with no on-call requirement
Patient Population :
Primarily adults and geriatric patients
Responsibilities Specializations Needed :
General Radiology, Musculoskeletal (MSK),
Body Imaging, and Neuro Imaging Radiology Shifts Available :
12a-8a (Monday-Sunday) 8a-5p (Monday-Sunday) 12p-8p (Monday-Sunday) 5p-1a (Monday-Sunday)
Daily Tasks :
Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including IR, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, and general radiology procedures.
EMR & PACS
: Utilize EPIC, Meditech, Change Healthcare, Intelerad, and PowerScribe One for efficient documentation and reporting.
Requirements Board Certification :
Required in
Radiology State License :
Must hold or be willing to obtain a North Carolina state license; IMLC candidates welcome.
Credentialing Timeframe :
Approximately 4-6 weeks for completion
Experience :
Experience in a trauma Level I or Level II facility is beneficial but not mandatory.
Shift & Compensation Flexible Shifts :
Choose from a variety of 8-hour shifts to suit your lifestyle and work preferences.
Travel & Lodging :
Provided for qualified candidates.
Additional Details Orientation :
All hours are billable, with orientation provided to ensure a smooth transition.
