Role:

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Physician Recruiter with at least 6 months proven recruiting experience in Hospitalist, Emergency Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine, including success recruiting across the United States. The ideal candidate is a goal-driven, self-motivated professional who thrives in a competitive environment, manages time effectively, and communicates with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and place physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in hospitalist, emergency, and critical care settings. Maintain and grow relationships with providers and clients. Develop and execute recruitment campaigns for assigned specialties and regions. Utilize provider databases and applicant tracking systems to manage pipelines. Understand current trends in healthcare staffing and adapt strategies accordingly. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of Physician or APP recruiting experience staffing for hospitalist, emergency, and critical care medicine . Proven success recruiting for Physicians and APPs Prior work experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong networking and closing abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $50,000 annually + commission (uncapped earning potential).
