Schedule :

Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hospital coverage: 24/7 availability

Call:

Yes, including nights and weekends

Patient Load :

Clinic:

Approximately 8 patients per day

Hospital:

1-3 patients per shift

Age Range:

Pediatric patients (0-18 years)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide both inpatient and outpatient pediatric surgical care Cover scheduled clinical hours plus on-call responsibilities Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including: General and laparoscopic surgeries Trauma surgeries Neonatal and pediatric-specific surgeries such as appendectomy, hernia repairs, and intestinal surgeries Collaborate with a supportive team including pediatric anesthesiologists and intensivists

Requirements:

Board Certification :

Required or Board Eligible Fellowship :

Fellowship-trained in

Pediatric Surgery Certifications :

PALS and BLS required

Licensing :

Must be licensed in Tennessee or eligible for
