Job Description

Join a highly regarded healthcare team near Perry, MI, dedicated to providing exceptional orthopedic care. We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our dynamic environment and enhance our specialized services.

Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Compensation:
Competitive salary based on MGMA standards, with potential for RVU-based incentives.
Work Schedule:
Days with on-call responsibilities (approximately 4 calls per month).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care for patients with polytrauma, acute fractures, complex joint injuries, and other musculoskeletal traumas. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Utilize advanced technology, including the Stryker MAKO robot, for minimally invasive total joint replacement surgeries. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities, including an educational stipend during fellowship year.
Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS). Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in orthopedic trauma preferred.
Licensure:
Active Michigan medical license (or in process of obtaining).
