Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician needed in
Egg Harbor Township, NJASAP-ongoingSchedule:
Flexible hours
Call:
No calls or weekends100% outpatient practice20-25 patients per dayPatient exam/evaluation to include medical history, relevant imaging/studiesDirect patient care (Diagnoses, Treatment plans) for a wide variety of pain types and conditionsPerform EMGsGeneral PMR patient careReferral as needed for Imaging and Consultation with other specialtiesRegularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness/progressPatient education re; diagnosis, treatment plan options, post procedure care, and lifestyle modificationsCoordination of treatment plan with patient and other team membersAccurate and timely documentation
