We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Pick and Pack Worker position with one of our valued clients in Auburn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a production environment with consistent second-shift hours. Position Overview The Picker/Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by accurately counting, packaging, sealing, and labeling items while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities Pick and handle products for order fulfillment Accurately count items to ensure correct quantities Package products into bags and prepare items for shipment Seal and label finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all production procedures and safety guidelines Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when needed Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment Candidates must be able to work safely and comply with workplace substance-free policies Why Apply?
