PM Pay Rate:

$20•22/hr Job Description As a Pick and Pack Worker on our 2nd Shift Packaging team, you will play a vital role in ensuring orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment to our valued customers. Working within our fast-paced warehouse environment, you will help maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products according to order specifications using handheld scanners or pick lists Carefully pack items into appropriate containers to minimize damage Label and prepare shipments for dispatch Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock rotation Follow all safety and operational guidelines Report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors Support warehouse operations and team goals as needed Who You Are 1-5 years of relevant warehouse, pick/pack, or distribution experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Able to work efficiently both independently and as a team member Effective communication skills and positive attitude Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods (up to 50 lbs) Familiarity with warehouse equipment, tools, or inventory systems a plus Preferred (Optional): Previous experience with warehouse management software (WMS) Forklift certification or prior equipment handling experience 10215287 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
