Our client is seeking dedicated Picker/Packers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to maintaining high standards of productivity and quality. Join our client's team and contribute to efficient operations by ensuring accurate order selection and shipment preparation. Responsibilities of the Picker/packer Accurately pick products based on order sheets or RF scanners Securely pack items and prepare orders for shipment Label boxes and complete necessary shipping documentation Inspect products for damages or defects before packing Maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Assist with inventory and restocking as needed Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Requirements of the Picker/packer Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of warehouse and scanning equipment is a plus Compensation/Benefits for the Picker/packer Full-time and part-time opportunities available Overtime may be required based on workload Pay Rate $ 16 Work in a fast-paced and physically active warehouse environment Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
