Operate production equipment safely and keep lines running at targeted speeds. Meet strict quality standards and complete precise production records. Notice issues early and troubleshoot or escalate effectively. Keep a tidy, lean work area and follow all safety procedures. Show up reliably for a full-time, on-site schedule—and support mandatory overtime when business needs arise. What you'll need to succeed Manufacturing background preferred; ability to learn fast in a team environment. Self-direction to finish tasks thoroughly and on time. Good judgment on the floor to maintain output. Reading, writing, and documentation skills. Ability to safely operate a forklift. Physical aspects of the job Lift/carry up to 55 lbs. multiple times per shift. Manual/mechanical dexterity; remove and reassemble tooling using basic hand tools. Stand for long periods; squat, bend, twist, and turn as needed. Climb stairs multiple times each shift. Wear all required safety gear. Schedule details 3rd Shift
  • 10:45 pm
  • 7:00 am. Must be able to train on 1st shift 6:45 am
  • 3:00 pm.
Full-time and on site; because batch manufacturing relies on teamwork, punctual attendance is critical for performance and safety. Regular hours vary by shift and begin 15 minutes before the production phase starts. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs; batches can extend past scheduled hours and may involve evening, night, or weekend rotations by all operators.
