ABOUT THE ROLE

Our instructors are the face of BOLD Pilates — that means teaching great classes, and showing up as a leader in our community.

We run one core format:

our All Levels Reformer , designed to meet clients wherever they are, from first-timers to experienced practitioners. Classes run 8:30am-6:45pm weekdays and weekend mornings. We're currently focused on hiring for evening and weekend slots. Lead fun, effective, results-driven Reformer classes that keep clients coming back Support client onboarding, check-ins, and coaching conversations Contribute ideas to improve our programming and client experience Engage with clients on social media and in person Handle light post-class tidying (vacuuming around reformers, organizing props)

You're a certified Reformer Pilates instructor who takes your craft seriously. You show up for your clients the way you'd want someone to show up for you. You're not here to pick up just another class — you want a studio you're proud to be part of. You're certified to teach reformer Pilates You're excited to learn and teach The BOLD Pilates Method , our evidence-based based methodology and programming.
