Job Overview:

As a Pilates Instructor at Evolve Fitness, you will inspire and empower our members to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals through Mat Pilates. Your role is crucial in creating dynamic, engaging, and effective fitness experiences that resonate within our diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop personalized Mat Pilates programs that align with individual member goals and fitness levels. Lead energetic group Pilates classes that motivate and engage participants while ensuring safety and proper technique. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all members feel comfortable and encouraged to participate. Educate participants on proper exercise techniques, the importance of alignment, and the benefits of recovery. Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere that elevates the member experience throughout each class. Stay updated with current Pilates trends and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

Certification from a recognized Pilates organization with a focus on Mat Pilates instruction. Proven experience leading group Pilates classes in a small group setting. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse member base. In-depth knowledge of Pilates techniques, program design, and injury prevention.
