We are seeking passionate, professional, and energetic Pilates instructors who are excited to help build a strong studio culture and create an exceptional client experience. Position Summary The Pilates Instructor is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes while fostering connection, motivation, and accountability within the Refora community. Instructors will lead group classes, provide individualized guidance when needed, and uphold the Refora standard in professionalism, energy, and client care. This is an independent contractor (1099) position with flexible scheduling opportunities including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Responsibilities Lead dynamic and well-structured Pilates classes for clients of varying fitness levels Provide modifications and progressions to ensure safe and effective movement Create a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive class environment Arrive early to prepare the studio and greet clients professionally Maintain strong class flow, energy, and time management Educate clients on proper form, alignment, and technique Assist in building client relationships and studio community Support studio events, workshops, and promotional initiatives when available Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio equipment and spaces Uphold the Refora brand, culture, and client experience standards Qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat certification required; Reformer certification preferred) Previous teaching experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and connect with clients Professional, dependable, and team-oriented CPR/AED certification preferred Passion for health, wellness, movement, and personal growth Preferred Qualities Positive and energetic presence Strong musicality and class programming skills Experience teaching group fitness or wellness-based classes Comfortable building relationships and retaining clientele Growth mindset and willingness to contribute to a new and evolving studio culture Compensation & Perks Competitive per-class compensation Opportunities for class growth and additional teaching opportunities Complimentary or discounted studio membership Discounts on retail and café items Supportive and growth-focused studio culture Opportunity to be part of a new and expanding wellness brand Schedule Flexible scheduling Morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred How to Apply Please submit: Resume Certifications Brief introduction about your teaching style and experience
