In this role, you will lead Pilates Reformer classes that focus on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness in a small group beginner level class. in and wellness with a diverse clientele, helping them transform their bodies and boost their confidence through expertly guided sessions. Responsibilities Design and deliver Pilates Reformer classes tailored to beginner/intermediate skill levels, emphasizing proper technique and safety. Provid clear instructions, modifications, and encouragement throughout each session. Offering personalized tips to enhance their practice and prevent injury. Maintain a clean, organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Set up and tear down of reformers before and after class as needed. Promote a positive community atmosphere that fosters client retention and engagement. Yoga Certification is a PLUS. Requirements Certification in Pilates Reformer instruction from a recognized organization. Demonstrated experience teaching group fitness classes, especially Pilates or related disciplines such as yoga, dance, or sports coaching. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to ensure safe practice and effective programming. Familiarity with fitness sales techniques to promote classes and memberships effectively. Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness aspirations. Maintain professionalism and safety standards for students. Additional skills in Yoga/Chair Yoga is considered a plus for program diversity.
