Job Description

Personnel Plus Inc. is hiring a skilled Pipe Fitting Welder to join our team. This position involves mobile welding repairs, fabrication, and field service work. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently in various field environments.
Pay & Schedule Pay:
DOE (Depending on Experience) Full-time position Schedule varies based on workload Occasional extended weekday hours (past 6 PM) Winter hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Summer hours: 8:00 AM - varies by job demand Occasional Saturday overtime during spring and summer Responsibilities Perform mobile welding repairs and fabrication in the field Assist with farm and heavy equipment repairs (frames, loader arms, mounts, etc.) Fabricate and repair irrigation systems (pump and pivot tie-ins) Remove and replace bearings, shafts, and related components Load and organize tools and equipment for service trucks Operate forklift and backhoe safely when needed Maintain safety standards and proper PPE use Other duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience Pipe fitting and welding experience (Stick & MIG required) Aluminum welding required Stainless welding experience preferred but not required Strong fabrication and mechanical repair skills Experience using hand and power tools Basic measurement and math skills Equipment operation experience (forklift/backhoe preferred) Uphill welding experience is a plus Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record (must be insurable) Reliable transportation Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening and background check Strong punctuality and work ethic Ability to provide job references Must supply basic personal tools (wrenches, sockets, clamps, etc.) Work boots required Benefits (After 90 Days) Health insurance Paid time off Paid holidays
