Our 100,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility in Apopka, FL serves as a strategic logistics hub, supporting major commercial, industrial, and aeronautical projects across the Southeast and beyond. Randall Construction - Prefabrication department is currently seeking a top-tier Pipefitter Foreman to work in our Shop in Apopka, FL . We are excited about this important role and are determined to consider the best and brightest candidates who meet our requirements. Position Summary The experienced Pipefitter Foreman to lead pipefitting operations in our Prefab Shop . This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily pipe fabrication activities, ensuring quality, safety, schedule adherence, and crew productivity. The ideal candidate brings strong pipefitting expertise, proven supervisory skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality prefabricated systems that support field operations. Essential Functions Supervise and coordinate day-to-day prefab shop pipefitting operations Lead, train, and mentor pipefitters and helpers to maintain high productivity and workmanship Read and interpret isometric drawings, spool drawings, P&IDs, and specifications Plan work activities, assign tasks, and manage labor efficiently to meet production schedules Ensure all fabricated piping systems meet Randall Construction quality standards and project requirements Enforce company safety policies and promote a strong safety culture within the shop Coordinate with project managers, field foremen, and shop management to prioritize workload Track material usage, assist with inventory control, and identify material needs Inspect completed work and correct deficiencies as needed Maintain clean, organized, and efficient shop operations Qualifications Minimum 5-10 years of commercial or industrial pipefitting experience Prior experience as a Foreman or Lead Pipefitter strongly preferred Extensive knowledge of carbon steel, stainless steel, and threaded/grooved piping systems Strong blueprint and isometric drawing reading skills Ability to lead crews, manage schedules, and solve problems proactively Familiarity with shop fabrication processes and productivity standards OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements Physical Requirements This is primarily a field or jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
