American Gonzo Restaurants operates 20+ locations across Southern California, including Superba, American Beauty, The Win~Dow, and Pitfire Pizza. Each concept is chef-driven, community-focused, and led by passionate hospitality professionals. We're looking for a Line Cook to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about creating great guest experiences and works in an organized, consistent, and efficient manner in the kitchen.
