The Pizza Cook will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting needs to management. Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional food service to guests. Skills Proven experience in the culinary field, particularly in pizza preparation and cooking. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in menu planning and fine dining settings is highly desirable. Proficient knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Background in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
