Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Assist in menu planning to create innovative pizza options that appeal to diverse tastes Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all kitchen activities Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives with excellent knife skills Support food handling procedures during meal prep and service to ensure freshness and safety Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service during catering or dine-in service Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling protocols Strong background in food industry roles such as restaurant or kitchen experience, especially in fine dining or casual dining environments Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly with attention to detail Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us to craft mouthwatering pizzas that keep our guests coming back!
