Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or courier vehicle to deliver orders promptly across designated routes Load and unload deliveries efficiently using heavy lifting techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Follow planned delivery routes accurately, adjusting for traffic or road conditions to ensure timely arrivals Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting guests with a positive attitude and addressing any questions or concerns during delivery Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle, including manual transmission operation if applicable Verify orders before departure and upon arrival to ensure accuracy and completeness Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during route driving and deliveries Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar driving role involving route navigation and customer interaction Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or vehicles with manual transmissions Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently Familiarity with warehouse operations, load & unload procedures, and equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driver certifications is advantageous Knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and safety regulations for efficient route driving Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering smiles along with hot pizza!
