Job Overview We are looking for a few experienced Pizza Makers specializing in NY-style pizza to join our vibrant kitchen team. In this role, you'll be responsible for prepping and preparing dough, shaping, and baking classic New York-style pizzas with precision and flair. The ideal candidates have hand stretched pizza dough, worked with a pizza peel and a deck oven, cooking pizza directly on stone, and thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough from scratch, ensuring proper consistency and texture for Slice on Broadway NY-style crusts. Top pizzas with fresh ingredients according to recipes and customer requests. Operate pizza ovens efficiently to achieve optimal baking results. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, including proper food handling and storage practices. Follow all food safety standards to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours. Experience Proven experience in making NY-style pizza or similar fast-paced pizza environments. Strong NY style pizza making Skill. Background in food handling, safety regulations, and kitchen operations within the food industry.
