If you have a passion for food (and of course pizza) with a background in food preparation and cooking and are able to work weeknights from 3-9pm and/or Saturday & Sunday 12-9pm, we want to hear from you.

You will be:

Preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and specialty orders to ensure each pizza meets our quality standards; Ensuring all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and standards; Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices; Monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; assisting with restocking as needed; Helping with order taking and cleaning (wipe downs, dishes, etc.) as needed; Part of an enthusiastic team and must be a team player. Experience Minimum 2 years previous experience in cooking and/or kitchen food preparation; pizzeria experience a plus; Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Experience with understanding and prepping for special dietary needs and allergies; Proficient knife skills
