Job Description

Associate Attorney - Plaintiff Litigation - Pasadena, CA A boutique plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join its team in Pasadena. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on meaningful, high-impact cases in a firm that prioritizes quality over quantity. The practice focuses on representing individuals in complex matters involving civil rights, child abuse, and other plaintiff-side litigation. This is not a high-volume environment — attorneys are given the opportunity to work closely on significant cases that make a real difference in people's lives. Responsibilities Assist with plaintiff-side litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Work closely with clients and litigation teams on sensitive, impactful matters Qualifications 1-3 years of civil litigation experience Plaintiff-side civil litigation experience preferred Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Compassionate, client-focused approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Active California Bar license in good standing Benefits Competitive compensation and bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays Strong mentorship and hands-on litigation experience Opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact cases in a collaborative boutique environment To learn more about this opportunity or any of our other openings, please contact: Carolina Ries at carolina.ries@gogpac.com or call/text 605-679-4241 .
