Plaintiff personal injury litigation Construction litigation Defamation matters Environmental/toxic exposure claims Complex mass tort and catastrophic injury matters

Responsibilities:

Handle active litigation caseloads from inception through trial Conduct and defend depositions Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Prepare cases for trial and assist with courtroom strategy Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:
