Job Description:

Essential Functions Review and revise complex regulations. Plan, coordinate, and oversee a voluntary Cybersecurity Assessment Program and emergency response planning for public water systems. Review and revise the USEPA-required Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) on an annual basis or as needed. Develop operational procedures and monitor program activities. Coordinates program activities with other public and private organizations. Interact with federal, state, and local government officials and agencies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ODW programs. Prepare and maintain records and reports as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a planner or in a planning function. Experience in program development such as developing program activities and recommending alternatives, improvements, courses of action, and other changes based on findings. Experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures. Experience creating, developing, and editing technical documents and narrative report writing. Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended, revoked, cancelled, or disqualified from driving).
