The Plant Maintenance Specialist is responsible for understanding plant operations and contributing to site goals. This role involves performing inspections of critical areas, executing routine maintenance tasks with minimal supervision, and assisting with larger maintenance jobs. The position serves as a key step in developing technical expertise and operational awareness.What You'll Do:

High School diploma or equivalent required.Experience:
