What You'll Be Doing Lead daily operations of the hot mix asphalt plant to meet safety, quality, and production goals Optimize plant performance through effective scheduling, process control, and equipment utilization Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing policies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets Develop, coach, and engage team members to build a high-performing workforce What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead plant operations and drive results in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of asphalt production processes, equipment, and quality standards Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions Commitment to safety leadership and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace Effective communication and team development skills with a focus on accountability and collaboration Work Environment Role based at a hot mix asphalt production facility with regular exposure to outdoor conditions Requires interaction with plant equipment, materials, and operational teams Fast-paced setting with seasonal production demands and variable hours Frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting as part of daily responsibilities What We Offer Competitive base salary, $97,710 to $130,277, and participation in our annual incentive plan 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions Highly competitive benefits programs, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) AD&D, Short
