Position Summary RESCO is seeking a Plant Manager based in Del Rio, Texas , to lead daily operations across the border at our Acuña, Mexico facility. This role is responsible for all production-related activities-including engineering, planning, materials, warehouse, and direct labor-ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality, defect-free products. The Plant Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership in a bi-cultural maquiladora environment, with full accountability for safety, quality, cost, and people performance . Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all production and support activities. Build and develop a strong supervisory and support team. Ensure staffing meets production demands with trained direct labor. Direct engineering and planning teams for clear work instructions and accurate schedules. Oversee warehouse operations to support production effectively. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and

IPC/WHMA-A-620

standards. Manage proper use and maintenance of production equipment. Partner with Sales, Estimating, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and other departments. Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Serve as senior site representative for customer interactions, audits, and reviews. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Production Management, or related field. 10+ years in a maquiladora or similar manufacturing operation, including 5+ years in a leadership role . Strong knowledge of cable and electro-mechanical assembly manufacturing. Proven ability to manage complex, labor-intensive operations with full accountability. Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required. Bi-cultural leadership skills to bridge U.S. business expectations and Mexican manufacturing culture. Authorized to work in Mexico and able to travel freely within the U.S. Strong communication, leadership, and continuous improvement skills.
