Lead all plant operations including production, safety, quality, and maintenance
Drive operational efficiency, throughput, and cost control initiatives
Develop and coach department leaders and frontline supervisors
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and execution Qualifications for the

Plant management or senior operations leadership experience in manufacturing
Proven background leading multi-department manufacturing teams
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
Understanding of safety, quality, and operational KPIs
