We are a focused, tight-knit operation with a strong reputation for quality precast products serving infrastructure and civil construction markets across the region. About the role We are seeking a Plant Manager to take full operational ownership of our facility. This is not a middle-management position — you will be the person in charge, with direct authority over production scheduling, quality control, crew development, safety compliance, and day-to-day operations. Our primary product is reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), alongside box culverts, manholes, barriers, and other precast structures. We need a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable on the plant floor and behind a production report. What you'll own Full day-to-day plant operations — production scheduling, crew assignments, and output targets. Quality control oversight and documentation to maintain NPCA certification standards Safety program ownership — OSHA compliance, toolbox talks, incident reporting Personnel management, performance accountability, and crew development for a small to mid-sized team Equipment maintenance coordination and vendor/supplier relationships Production records, mix design documentation, and reporting accuracy What we're looking for

Required:

5+ years in concrete, precast, or heavy construction manufacturing 2+ years in a supervisory or plant leadership role Strong working knowledge of concrete mix design and QC processes Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and hold a crew accountable Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and reporting habits OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) Active PCI certification (or willingness to obtain)

Level I Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred:

Direct experience with precast drainage products — RCP, box culverts, manholes Familiarity with NPCA Plant Certification Program requirements Working knowledge of PennDOT spec requirements for precast structures ACI certification or equivalent concrete testing credentials

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
