Job Description

Join Our Team and Build What Matters We're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our production team as Production Operators . In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality automotive components while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you will support daily manufacturing operations while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency: Operate in a high-volume assembly production environment Load and properly position components into automated machinery Monitor machine performance and ensure proper operation and part flow Perform changeovers to support production schedules Inspect parts visually and with gauges to ensure quality standards are met Make adjustments as needed to maintain production accuracy Support rework and continuous improvement activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues promptly Participate in daily team meetings and operational updates Uphold company values, ethical standards, and operational excellence principles What Success Looks Like Achieving 100% production efficiency Maintaining zero defects, zero scrap, and zero rework Supporting zero downtime and zero safety incidents Contributing to a strong, team-focused culture What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and write in English Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Willingness to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift Reliable, team-oriented mindset Why Join Us Be part of an industry-leading automotive manufacturing environment Work alongside a collaborative and supportive team Gain valuable hands-on manufacturing experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Make a direct impact on quality and production success
