Plant Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to join our team with. To be considered for this position you need to have 2 years of prior experience in a similar role or field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of plant equipment and machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Duties Monitor and control plant operations, including machinery and equipment performance. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance needs. Operate various plant machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels, quality checks, and equipment status. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant operations. Experience Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
