Plant Supervisor is responsible for the facility and campus day to day physical plant needs and supervise two maintenance officers, which include: Perform general building maintenance; including basic repairs, carpentry, painting, cleaning, and record keeping Perform campus grounds and landscaping upkeep Perform bi-annual lining of upper and lower field Perform snow removal (or ensure to contact contractor to help), plowing & shoveling from roads, paths, and roofs Clean bathrooms and classrooms if department is short staff Special projects and in coordinating the work of outside contractors to perform repair and improvement projects Manage all outside contractors Ensure all outdoors trash can are emptied Work with Director of Finance on Plant Budget Review plant expenses and work with DOF to stay within budget Manage setup/breakdown for all School events Manage maintenance ticket system Work closely with cleaning company including winter/spring break deep clean Ensure Safety protocol for all maintenance equipments Ensure all annual inspections are completed in a timely manner Compliance with State and Town requirements First responder for Fire and Security Alarm Must be on Safety Committee As a member of a school community, all members of the faculty and staff are seen as educators. Work Environment:

Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all conditions. The standard workday schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm. However, the Plant Supervisor must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours and weekends if necessary.
