We train you. ⭐ What You'll Be Doing As a Plating Helper, you'll work side‑by‑side with experienced operators and learn how aerospace parts get cleaned, coated, and finished to exact specifications. Every day, you'll build skills that translate into long‑term manufacturing careers.
