Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Players Club Manager leads the casino's loyalty and rewards program, ensuring members receive exceptional service while maintaining compliance with tribal, state, and federal gaming regulations. This role combines guest engagement, marketing strategy, and operational oversight to drive membership growth and enhance player satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Oversees daily operations of the Players Club, including enrollment, promotions and reward redemption Supervise, train, and schedule Players Club staff to deliver consistent, high quality guest service Collaborate with marketing and casino leadership to design promotions and events to increase player retention. Monitor program performance, analyze membership data, and prepare reports on trends and promotional effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming regulations and internal controls Resolve escalate guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency Maintain accurate records and safeguard sensitive customer informationJOB PREREQUISITES

GED or High School Diploma . Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in casino operations or hospitality. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of casino loyalty programs. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
