What will you do? Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members Update and enter member information into the database Assist with the execution of games, contests, drawings, and the give-aways Maintain strict confidential guidelines in all customer interactions and records Utilize active listening skills to defuse emotionally charged situations More about you No experience or diploma required The ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license is required Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and point-of-sale systems, preferred Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Physical requirements Standing for extended periods of time Ability to lift to 25 pounds Shift details Evenings Overnight M-F Weekends 8hr shift OT as needed
