Position Overview:

We are looking for friendly and reliable part-time staff members to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our guests by hosting their party, answering questions, setting up party, breaking down party, and clean up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host Birthday party
• Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth entry and exit process.
• Answer general questions from guests regarding our facilities, policies, and activities.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the studio by regularly cleaning/organizing play equipment and restrooms during your shift.
• Close facility according to checklist
• mopping, taking trash out, organizing, cleaning, etc.
• Operate our point of sale system efficiently and accurately.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Requirements:

• Clean background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be friendly, approachable, and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Timeliness is crucial; punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems effectively.
• Trustworthy and dependable, with a willingness to contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Compensation:

• Pay is set at $14 per hour, paid biweekly.
• Please note that this position does not include health benefits or insurance.
