Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from service to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver top-quality results. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute plumbing layouts accurately Use hand tools and power tools to cut, thread, assemble, and install pipes and fittings with precision Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC systems, and other trades Conduct inspections of installed systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Assist in remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures or upgrading existing systems Qualifications Illinois state plumbing license Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a strong understanding of plumbing systems Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate installation Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading machines Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and mechanical principles relevant to plumbing work Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation processes Experience with remodeling projects or handyman tasks is a plus Valid driver's license Strong mechanical aptitude combined with construction site experience enhances your effectiveness in this role Join our team as a Plumber and bring your expertise to exciting projects that challenge your skills while contributing to safe, reliable building infrastructure.
