HVAC Foreman Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber/HVAC Foreman to lead field operations and perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with the ability to supervise crews, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain high-quality workmanship on construction projects. This role requires a professional who can work both independently and as a team leader in fast-paced construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing and HVAC crews on job sites Install, inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and HVAC units Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local codes, safety standards, and project specifications Plan and assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project completion Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions on-site Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project updates Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Plumber and/or HVAC Technician , with leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and construction practices Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repair work Valid EPA Universal Certification (mandatory) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on commercial or large-scale construction projects Journeyman or Master-level certification in Plumbing or HVAC (preferred) Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews efficiently

Work Environment:

Primarily field-based at construction job sites Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods May involve working in varying weather conditions
