Plumber / HVAC Installer

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dependable Plumber / HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Gorham, Maine. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who is confident working independently and collaboratively on residential remodels, new construction projects, and HVAC installations. We have a steady and consistent pipeline of work and are looking for a team-oriented individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform plumbing layout, rough-in, and trim work for remodels and new construction projects Install and service boilers, heat pumps, and gas furnaces Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and HVAC system issues Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Ensure all work complies with local plumbing, gas, and mechanical codes Collaborate with management and team members to complete projects efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Qualifications Previous experience in residential plumbing and HVAC installation required Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components Experience with boiler, heat pump, and gas furnace installations Understanding of electricity as it relates to HVAC systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
