Must be ready to take on all installation and service tasks. Responsibilities Oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Perform installations involving plumbing, remodeling, and other maintenance person tasks as required. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of installations while maintaining quality standards. Provide training and guidance to junior installers, fostering a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process. Qualifications Proven experience in installation or construction-related roles, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Experience with commercial driving is a plus for transporting materials to job sites. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately. Familiarity with remodeling techniques and maintenance person skills is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
