Plumber Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Skilled at all aspects of residential plumbing Ensuring work orders are properly and quickly completed Repairing or replacing the equipment Assisting your team with complex orders Preventative maintenance Preparing recently vacated units for new rental On-call rotation for emergency situations Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Plumber Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Knowledgeable in repairing and maintenance of plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, carpentry and/or HVAC Strong in plumbing preferred. HVAC certification is a plus but not required. Ability to function independently as well as part of a team Valid driver's license Must be able to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. or more on a minimal to regular basis Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position The Maintenance Technician position is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to make a difference in a progressive and family oriented organization.
