Plumbing Area Manager - Kalispell

We're looking for a Plumbing Area Manager to lead and grow our plumbing operations in Kalispell, Montana .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive Strategy & Growth:

Develop and execute plans to grow the plumbing division, expand market share, and strengthen our presence in

Northwest Montana Own Financial Performance:

Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, billing, and contracts to ensure profitability and financial health

Lead Project Execution:

Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams across commercial plumbing projects - ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery

Optimize Operations:

Manage manpower, scheduling, and backlog while tracking KPIs to maximize efficiency and productivity

Build Teams & Relationships:

Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while building strong relationships with clients, GCs, and industry partners

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field Proven leadership experience in mechanical/plumbing contracting, with strong knowledge of preconstruction and project execution Track record managing budgets, P&L, and financial forecasting Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams Effective problem-solver and decision-maker focused on results Solid understanding of industry codes, regulations, and safety standards Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office PMP, CM-Lean, or similar certifications are a plus
