What You'll Be Doing Running pre-set, dispatched appointments — no cold calling, no door knocking, no chasing leads. We fill your calendar. Selling whole-home repipes (copper & PEX), water heater replacements (tank & tankless), water treatment and filtration systems, and fixture upgrades. Building professional proposals on the spot using ServiceTitan on a company-provided iPad. Presenting financing options that remove price objections and help homeowners move forward. Covering the Gainesville and Ocala markets — a growing territory with serious demand. $150K+ OTE for top performers. This is commission-only, so your income has no ceiling. Vehicle allowance + gas card. Company-provided iPad with ServiceTitan. Full marketing support behind you — SEO, paid ads, and a brand homeowners already trust. Pre-set appointments delivered to you. We invest in leads so you can focus on closing. Who You Are 3+ years of in-home sales experience. Plumbing, HVAC, roofing, windows, solar — the product doesn't matter as much as the skill. You know how to run a one-call close. You're comfortable with commission-only compensation because you trust your ability. You're professional, presentable, and know how to connect with homeowners — not pressure them. You're tech-savvy enough to build proposals in ServiceTitan on an iPad without hand-holding.
