Plumbing, Electrical, Paint/Drywall, Construction Technician - Los Angeles

LRS Realty and Management, Inc. is a full service management company. We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals who have the knowledge of and ability to do maintenance work. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing a multitude of tasks including both general and specialized apartment and commerical building interior and exterior remodeling, construction and repairs, and other duties, as assigned. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, concrete, stucco, and operating power tools. Well qualified candidates will also have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Please note that this position requires working weekends occasionally, and provides the opportunity for overtime hours.

Abilities:

Work with minimal supervision. Work well with others. Must carry/lift loads of up to 75 lbs. Clear and concise verbal and written communication. Technology savvy. Service oriented. Good organization and time management skills.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma preferred. 2+ years experience in property management- preferred; but not required. Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required. Experience using hand tools and familiarity with maintenance procedures. LRS Realty and Management, Inc.
