We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to support our Construction Division by preparing accurate project estimates, developing competitive bids, and helping drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

Prepare plumbing estimates and competitive bids Review plans, specs, and design documents Perform take-offs using QuoteSoft and estimating software Build relationships with clients, GCs, engineers & vendors Support business development and project pursuits Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and target projects

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of plumbing/gas construction estimating experience Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems & codes Experience with QuoteSoft, Procore, MS Project & Excel Excellent communication, organization & negotiation skills Journeyman/Master Plumber License preferred Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred Office-based role with regular site visits and bid walkthroughs Competitive pay & benefits + opportunity for growth If you're ready to bring your estimating expertise to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!
