We're looking for a hands-on Plumbing Service Manager who can lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbers while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for an experienced plumber ready to step into leadership or a current manager looking to grow with a strong, fast-paced team. What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach, and manage a team of plumbing technicians in the field Oversee daily operations to ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and with excellent customer service Monitor workflow, job progress, and ensure proper documentation and paperwork Provide estimates for tankless water heaters and complex plumbing jobs Track team performance and customer satisfaction metrics Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally Maintain strong communication with leadership and field teams Support ongoing training and development of technicians Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture What We're Looking For Strong plumbing background (licensed or highly experienced preferred) Proven ability to lead and manage a team of plumbers Experience in residential service plumbing (diagnostics, repairs, installs) Proficiency with ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High attention to detail and commitment to quality work Professional attitude with strong customer service focus Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example Why Join This Team ?
