Protected Schedule:

Work 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM . No dispatches after 8:00 PM.

Fair On-Call Rotation:

1 week per month. $50 per call + time and a half. We respect your time off.

You Are Not Alone:

We have a dedicated Service Manager whose job is to help you upskill. Need backup? It's a phone call away.

Take-Home Truck:

Provided for technicians on the rotation. Free commute.

The Financial Opportunity Structure:

Commission-only — 25% of completed revenue (excluding parts)
