Duties Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues related to sewer and drain systems. Perform the services our company provides in a professional manner. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Read blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts. Conduct heavy lifting as necessary during the work day. Collaborate with the office on issues to ensure project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficient in plumbing techniques and drain and sewer knowledge Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and or drainage. Ability to perform drain cleaning and have televising skills. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with carpentry skills as they relate to plumbing aspects for clean outs and accesses Experience reading blueprints Valid commercial driving license is preferred for transportation of equipment. Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in plumbing tasks. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties.
