Position Overview:

Clear residential and commercial drain clogs using a cable machine ("snake") and hydrojetting equipment (trailer style) for more advanced blockages Perform Camera Inspections, recording inspections onto supplied iPad, line locating Diagnose issues and recommend the right fix Perform basic plumbing repairs with clean, finished workmanship Keep your truck and job sites clean, organized, and professional Communicate with dispatch and walk customers through exactly what was done Enter information into our CRM software to process invoices for services provided Ability to be flexible and to assist with repair projects when needed Your first call of the day could be a kitchen sink backup or a main sewer at a commercial complex, You greet the customer, explain their options, run your equipment, verify flow, clean the work area, show the photos or video you captured, and leave the customer with a working system and relief in their voice.
