Competitive salary ranging approximately from $100,000 to $130,000 based on experience About the Opportunity We are seeking driven, detail-oriented professionals to join a dynamic construction team in both Project Management and Pre-Construction roles. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including interior renovations, tenant build-outs, and ground-up construction. The ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and can adapt quickly while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and ownership. Key Responsibilities Project Manager Oversee projects from initiation through completion Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Ensure quality control and client satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders Pre-Construction Manager Lead pre-construction planning and estimating processes Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and trade partners Conduct site walks and support subcontractor coordination Maintain clear, professional communication via email and phone What We're Looking For Experience across multiple construction project types (interior and ground-up) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly High attention to detail, especially in pre-construction functions Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and project teams Candidates should be prepared to provide a project list outlining past work and be able to explain career progression, including reasons for role transitions.
